Han Kjøbenhavn AW25 Runway Show
Han Kjøbenhavn’s Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, Concrete Born, is a bold exploration of resilience, identity, and urban expression. Inspired by Artistic Director Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen’s upbringing in Denmark’s suburban neighborhoods, the collection channels the raw beauty of urban landscapes and the communities that shape them. Contrasts define the aesthetic—rugged textures like faux fur and denim merge with retro football jerseys and sculptural silhouettes, creating a visual language that is both personal and powerful. A muted base of industrial tones is punctuated by rich hues and metallics, reinforcing the tension between nostalgia and modernity. Presented during Copenhagen Fashion Week, the show took place at the monumental TAP1 venue, where dramatic smoke, an atmospheric soundtrack, and brutalist architecture amplified the collection’s narrative. With over 2,000 guests in attendance, the large-scale production was executed with PR and guest management handled by Buzzcut Zeazon. Every detail was carefully considered to create an immersive experience that embodied Han Kjøbenhavn’s fearless approach to storytelling through fashion. The collection’s themes extended beyond the garments, with models wearing hearing aids as a statement on individuality and self-expression. Football jerseys, sponsored by personal connections, underscored the brand’s deep ties to community and culture. Concrete Born reaffirmed Han Kjøbenhavn’s reputation for pushing boundaries—both aesthetically and conceptually—transforming deeply personal memories into a striking and universally resonant vision. The show stood as a testament to the brand’s ability to translate raw emotion into high-impact design, offering an uncompromising perspective on contemporary fashion.
