Tokyo Sense PFW SS27 Celebration
During Paris Fashion Week Men’s SS27, tokyo sense hosted a special celebration in Paris, bringing together guests from across the fashion, design, and creative industries to mark the launch of the project’s latest cultural programme. Developed by LUMINE in collaboration with ANDREAS MURKUDIS, tokyo sense is a platform dedicated to contemporary Japanese fashion, craft, and object design, presenting a curated selection of independent designers, makers, and brands. Conceived as a dialogue between Tokyo and Paris, the initiative offers a focused perspective on modern Japanese creativity while fostering meaningful connections between Japan and the international fashion community. Hosted at Galerie Joseph, the celebration welcomed press, industry figures, and friends of the project for an evening of conversation, cultural exchange, and community. Buzzcut Zeazon oversaw PR, Guest Management, and Catering, supporting the event’s execution and engagement throughout Paris Fashion Week. Reflecting the values at the heart of tokyo sense, the gathering highlighted the importance of craftsmanship, materiality, and cross-cultural dialogue, creating a platform for discovery and connection around a new generation of Japanese creative talent.
