The Swedish School of Textiles SS27 Runway Show
During Copenhagen Fashion Week SS27, The Swedish School of Textiles presented EXIT 26, its annual graduate runway show showcasing the work of 22 graduating Bachelor’s and Master’s students in Fashion Design. Framed by the theme “Unconventional approaches to the past – New propositions for the contemporary,” the presentation brought together a new generation of designers whose practices respond to the realities of contemporary fashion through material investigation, experimentation, and distinctive design languages. Rather than proposing a singular vision, the runway unfolded as a constellation of individual perspectives exploring new relationships between body, material, technology, and culture. Reflecting the Swedish School of Textiles’ unique integration of artistic research, technical knowledge, and material innovation, EXIT 26 highlighted both individual authorship and the collaborative environment in which the collections were developed. Buzzcut Zeazon led PR and Guest Management for the presentation, supporting the international visibility of the participating designers and bringing together press, industry professionals, and members of the wider fashion community during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
